Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay
I had a great time at this hotel, thanks mainly to the incredible service. The staff, particularly Mrs Iman at the reception, was welcoming and made everything feel easy during my stay. Chef Sakenth and his team consistently went above and beyond with their thoughtful service in the restaurant, ensuring each meal was memorable. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, contributing to an overall delightful experience. One thing I'd suggest is to enhance the gym facilities as they could use more equipment.

Not perfect, but worth it
I really appreciated the fantastic staff, especially Mr Bassil and Mr Wael, who ensured my stay was great. The room was tidy and well-maintained, making me feel relaxed throughout my visit.
While the location is convenient, I did face some challenges with service. I had to reach out multiple times for basic requests, which took away from my overall experience.

The layout of this place gives you some decent space to roam around, and the breakfasts are impressive with a wide variety until 10:30. Plus, after a long day, the indoor pool and spa center offer a relaxing retreat.
The parking situation is a bit tight, especially the underground area where navigating can be quite the challenge. the gym setup is an unusual multi-station, multi-gym that requires some figuring out on your own, since there’s no staff around to guide you. I ran into issues with the car rental agency they partnered with. my vehicle was in poor condition and caused a major inconvenience during my stay. Lastly, the alarm clock in my Superior King Room was dysfunctional, which didn’t help in the overall experience.

A warm welcome and great meals
From the moment I checked in, the reception team, especially Mrs Iman, made me feel at home with their smiles and genuine service. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, with a variety of options including fresh fruits and local dishes that I truly enjoyed.
Unfortunately, the parking situation was a bit challenging, making it tricky to navigate at times, especially during busy hours. the gym could use more equipment for a well-rounded workout.

This place was just a well-suited match for a fleeting trip in Muscat with good price value. The front desk was super helpful and friendly, assisting with taxi payment despite no small notes to change. For a quieter stay, requesting a room away from the lobby could help.
